Payments can be made over the telephone

 POSTAGE & DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post or Courier service.  Our postage rates are listed below:

Order value:-

up to £10.00           =     £2.00

  £10.01 to £40.00    =     £3.00

£40.01 to £80.00     =     £4.00

£80.01 to £200.00   =     £6.00

Orders over £200.00 Free of Charge

BACK ORDERS

Should any items you require be out of stock we will be happy to place them on order for you.  We will then contact you with the expected delivery date.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original packaging.  The purchase must be unworn and in perfect condition with all tags still attached within 14 days for a refund.  Orders returned for a refund will incur the postage charge.

It is advisable that you acquire proof of posting as all goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us at our business address.
